SITEM is an hardware and software system integrator with deep knowledge in National Instruments technology, being certified partner since 2000. The core business include: software design and development, design and development of custom data acquisition and processing systems for measurement and testing applications, production traceability with fieldbus integration, process and industrial supervision systems, image acquisition and processing systems, implementation of industrial databases, industry 4.0 applications (maintenance, data sharing etc). The main services offered include: Proof of concept: SITEM provides qualified advice on a specific aspect of the application, giving an analysis of the feasibility of the application. Hardware & software design: SITEM designs and develops tailor-made software based on customer specifications in order to implement data acquisition systems for testing and measurement applications, automation and imaging. Moreover, SITEM designs and manufactures customized hardware for the integration of specific functionalities within COTS hardware. SITEM designs and develops industrial databases to collect data from testing and measurement systems and plant and process supervision and to share them, also remotely (cloud). Turnkey systems: SITEM carries out the entire application, taking care of every aspect concerning the integration of hardware (sensors/electronics) and software parts. After the application development and integration phase, the training phase takes place, in order to make the customer independent and "master" of the system. SITEM also provides customer support via help desk and remote maintenance via web-based tool. Training: Training activity is provided into two modes: Training Courses addressed both to specialized personnel and to beginners. Topics can range from the general problems of data acquisition systems to the automation of the measurement process to cover, in a more or less in-depth way, programming techniques in LabVIEW environment or other languages. Training on the job, a qualified consultancy on a specific and limited aspect of the application, developing the core of the application together with the client.
